We were asked if we wanted a remodeled room or not for an additional fee. meaning we basically paid for an upgraded room and a basic king. We were charged for the upgrade at full price of the room. This time we asked to upgrade the room so we had more space for our small children as we had a long drive and they needed room to expel energy. At that time we were taken care of by a wonderful hospitable employee and the room was incredible.
We came here because we had such a good experience when we came a few years back.
